We are currently accepting submissions for the Journal from both legal scholars and practitioners.  Please submit your novel commentary based in the fields of business and securities law.  For all submissions, the material must not have been published in any other journal at the time of submission.  The Journal of Business and Securities Law will considers unsolicited manuscripts for publication.

For consideration, manuscripts must be typewritten, double spaced, and in 12-point font.  Manuscript citations should follow the form set out in THE BLUEBOOK: A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF CITATION (18th Ed. 2005) and the CHICAGO MANUAL OF STYLE (14th Ed. 1993).
