'Pippin' comes to Wharton Center. Mischievous, magical, humorous and captivating, "Pippin" will be at the Wharton Center beginning Tuesday, Oct. 17. Tickets on sale now at the box office.

October 12-18, 2006
Survey to identify MSU's bioeconomy work. The MSU Office of Bio-based Technologies is conducting a short web survey of faculty members asking about research, teaching or outreach related in any way to the bioeconomy.

October 19-22, 2006
MSU's Adapted Sports Festival Oct. 21. The public is invited to participate in sports/leisure activities organized by members of the disability community on campus and in Michigan, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Intramural Sports West Building.

October 23-29, 2006
MSU's Debate Team. Under the leadership of former national championship debater Greta Stahl, the debate team is on the road again defending its 2006 national championship title. Visit debate.msu.edu to learn about the 2007 Spartan Debate institutes.

October 30-November 1, 2006
Stratford Festival of Canada visits MSU. Members arrive on campus for the first of several annual teaching and performing residencies in East Lansing. Observers are welcome at several teaching sessions, including stage combat demonstrations at Fairchild Theatre on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at 1 p.m.
