Current Research: Information Technology Professionals

Organizational cultures and sub-cultures are important in attracting and retaining high quality information technology professionals. Yet few studies have considered the effects of culture and climate on IT professionals. This study will focus on IT professionals and their experience of organizational culture in the workplace.

Confidentiality

The privacy of participants will be protected to the maximum extent allowable by law. The research requires that we discuss your work experiences, which will naturally involve personal information. I will record and transcribe our conversations; recordings and transcripts will be kept in password-protected files in a locked location. Recordings will be destroyed at the end of the study, and research reports will be written so that all individual identifying details will either be omitted or disguised.
