Genetics Resources for State Legislatures

This is the site for the National Center for State Legislatures. They track all the legislation related to genetics that is occurring on the state level. They are also responsible for identifying educational material that would be useful for state legislators.

Genetic Alliance

This is an organization (probably the largest) of genetically-based disease interest groups. Their concerns are with ethical and policy issues related to genetics.

Health Progress--Special Issue on Genetics

This is a website for the Catholic Health Association's journal, Health Progress. This Website is a special issue of that journal on genetics and ethics from March of 2001. You can read a number of good articles that address a range of issues of ethics and genetics from a Roman Catholic perspective.
