We are listening

Please send us your comments and suggestions for any or all of the three focus areas in which MSU is making changes and improvements: Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct; Health Care and Patient Safety; and Youth Protection. You will find a form for sharing suggestions for each focus area.

Thank you for your involvement in creating a healthier and safer campus community. As we move forward, we will share progress and solutions developed in response to community input.

  • Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct

If you have a suggestion or recommendation for the Relationship Violence and Sexual Misconduct Expert Advisory Workgroup, please complete the brief form below. The Workgroup meets at least monthly and will carefully consider all ideas. Due to high volume at this time, while all of the members will read and consider each suggestion, we are unable to respond individually to every submission. Thank you for your understanding and for your involvement in creating a positive and inclusive climate for all within the MSU community.

All fields except “Type of Suggestion” and “Comment/Suggestion” are optional. Information provided on the suggestion form will be shared with the committee and is subject to MSU's mandatory reporting protocols. Information, but not names, may be shared with others as needed in order to respond to specific suggestions.

Please note: This form is not intended for use in reporting incidents to the Office of Institutional Equity or MSU Police. To report incidents to MSU Police and OIE, complete MSU's online reporting form or call MSU Police at (517) 355-2221 and OIE at (517) 353-3922. Time-sensitive incidents may warrant an immediate response. In an emergency, please call 9-1-1. Resources and supportive services are available on the Title IX website.
