CO 54 and work bottom seed stitch border (5 rows). On last row, inc to 68 between the 5 st side seed stitch borders.
Beg with WS row, est. pattern sequence.
Repeat the patterns four times and then end cable patterns by closing the top of the 24 st cable panel (row 2 or 4).
Dec back down to 54 sts between the 5 st side seed st borders and knit 5 rows of seed st.
