Cast on 61 sts and work in seed st for 1", ending with a wrong-side row.
Inc row: Work 5 sts in seed st, k2, (m1, k4)2x, m1, k3, (m1, k2)2x, (m1, k3)3x, m1, k2, (m1, k3)2x, (m1,
k2)2x, m1, k3, (m1, k4)2x, m1, k2, work 5 sts in seed st. 

Keeping first and last 5 sts in seed st, begin Circle Change patt foll chart, starting with preliminary
rows A & B, then work rows 1 thru 28 twice, and rows 1 thru 15 once more. Finally work ending rows C &
