Presentation set-up

Each oral presentation has 20 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for questions/comments. A 5-minute transition between presentations has been included in the program schedule.

Oral presenters should be in the conference room to check on tech-connections 20-30 minutes before their session. Please bring with you any special adaptors that you need. There is a computer in the conference room, so you can download your presentation file from a portable drive if you do not bring your laptop.

If you are using a handout, please bring about 60, although the precise number needed may vary depending on the day and time of your session.

Poster Guidelines

Our poster space for each presentation will be 3' high x 4' wide, so please set your poster for landscape orientation. Poster sessions will be held inside the conference room. We will have pushpins, and other poster-affixing materials on hand. General suggestions for the production of posters can be found here.
