Relocation. Settling in to a new house and office in
Columbia, MO, where Sam will join the
Mizzou faculty in the department of Learning,
Teaching, and Curriculum
.

 

Dissertation. Awaiting final word on my study of the
enacted curriculum in middle school algebra, focusing
on student participation and cognitive demand.

 

Standards for Mathematical Practice. Working with colleagues at Michigan State and the University of Arizona to finish a book about the eight mathematical practices listed in the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics.

 

Manuscript preparation. Writing with several groups of co-authors, including the MDISC team, to finish off research manuscripts to submit for publication.
