About MeMuhammad Shahzad

I am a fifth year PhD student at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Michigan State University. My PhD advisor is Dr. Alex X. Liu.

I am the recipient of the Honda Shing Endowed Fellowship. I am also one of the two recipients of the College of Engineering Graduate Fellowship.

In Summers of 2012 and 2014, I did internships at Microsoft Research, Redmond and in Summer of 2013, I did internship at Technicolor Research, Paris.

Research Interests

Networks: modeling, design, and analysis of probabilistic network measurement schemes
Security: measurements and design of smart phone, host, and network security systems
