I am an associate professor in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University in the Office of Medical Education Research and Development. My research interests include performance support systems, curriculum design and development, and the design and implementation of e-learning.

I received a doctorate in Educational Psychology at Michigan State University. For my dissertation I looked at how people use paper-based performance support tools during unsupervised practice of a complex cognitive task. I also have an MA in Educational Systems Development and a BA in Secondary English Education, both from MSU.
