Dr. Wallace is the Associate Director of the Institute for Research on Teaching and Learning (IRTL) and an assistant professor in the College of Education at Michigan State University. Her research interests include large-scale data analysis, teacher preparation, student achievement, and education policy. She is currently studying the relationships among high school mathematics and science course sequences, college acceptance and attendance, majoring in mathematics and science in college, and ultimately becoming a mathematics or science teacher. As a college research administrator, she faciliates grant proposal submissions and research training at both college and university levels.
