Biography
Matthew Daum is the associate provost and dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, or CANR. Daum was named dean in June 2025, after serving as interim dean of the college since July 2024. Prior to being named interim dean, Daum served as director of the MSU School of Packaging — where he had earned his bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees — and as assistant dean of corporate relations and strategy for CANR.
