Biography
Norman Hubbard is the senior vice president for the MSU Office of Health Sciences. Before joining MSU, Hubbard was one of the founders of the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, where he later served as executive vice president. Prior to his time in Seattle, he was associate vice president for center affairs at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
