Modification of in-person classes (March 11, 2020)

Michigan State University is taking action to keep our community safe while continuing the important work of the university. One of the best ways to prevent the spread of any viral disease is to limit contact and transmission of the virus. With cases of coronavirus recently confirmed in Michigan, President Samuel L. Stanley Jr, M.D. decided the best course of action is to transition in-person lectures, seminars and classroom settings to virtual instruction until April 20.

We know there are many logistical questions related to this decision, and we appreciate the community’s patience as we work to address them. Our priority remains the health and safety of our campus and community members.
